RETURNS

FYI! All END SALE  purchases are final and we can not make returns.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return items for customers in Denmark:

Once the payment is complete, you’ll be able to download both your return slip and your shipping label on the Receipt page. Both documents will also be sent to your e-mail address.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase using the selected payment method you used when purchasing the item(s).

How to return items for customers from other countries:

Europe: 100 DKK/ 14 EUR

Out side Europe: 100 DKK/ 14 EUR

The price for the return label will be deducted from your purchase. We will make sure to refund your purchase minus the return costs using the selected payment method you used when purchasing the item(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late delivery/refuse to accept
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. Same if you forget to pick up your package at a specific delivery point within the time specified in the notification. You will need to notify us at hello@obiebebe.com so we can refund your payment minus shipping cost and other fees.

PAYMENT

Obiebébé accepts payment made using the following credit cards Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express (Via Paypal). When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 

The amount will be deducted when the item is sent. 

All prices are in DKK and Euros including VAT. The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping fees, which are added to the total price when choosing a shipping method. The prices also exclude any custom fees that might 

All information is encrypted and transmitted without risk using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

SHIPPING

Shipping is handled by GLS for orders in Denmark and DHL for international shipping. 

When checking out, you must choose to either have your item sent to a private address, parcel shop solution or to a company address.

Denmark shipping 

Package delivery shop GLS : 29 DKK // Free minimum 600 DKK

Business delivery GLS: 50 DKK 

Private delivery GLS 60 DKK 

The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number.

You will receive a link, where you can follow your package until delivered.

International shipping

Delivery is by DHL or Postnord
The delivery time is usually 1-6 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number.

In some cases additional duties may be charged, depending on the country. These are not covered by Obiebébé but by the buyer
